Forum changes and modifications

We have re-arranged, modified, and ... hopefully, simplified the forum categories a little bit.

Forums with no posts have been removed. Others have been consolidated and the posts moved to the new forum.

If you have suggestions for additional improvement, please let me know.

Yes!

Things are simpler now - less choices, but the important ones are still there - and no more empty forums which made the site look sorta vacant...

I have noticed one feature at other sites that use this software: an arrow in each thread title that will take you to the first new post since your last visit. It's missing here - can it be inserted? It would cut down the time spent going over old ground if you start at the first thread, or reading backwards if you go to the latest posting. I think that feature will become more useful as the threads become longer and more complex.

The feature is here - I was looking in the forum headers rather than in the forums themselves.
