Re-organized forums

At the recommendation of several members, we have re-organized the forums. Since I am often guilty of over-engineering, I had created more complexity than necessary.

As time goes on, we will periodically re-evaluate the forum arrangement and modify it as necessary.

Now for the classifieds ...
