Provisioning

I have been approached about a great oppotunity, cooking for 6 for three week cruise. Have some resources on provisioning, but would gladly welcome any and all suggestions from more experienced galley slaves. I have done provisioning for 6 for one week, a little nervous about three. Any links/articles/books etc would be very helpful. Thanks.

Take a look at this book. It talks about what works and what does not on a boat, how long food stays fresh, and how to store it, etc.
